F&#246;r en del passerar det kanske obem&#228;rkt, medan det f&#246;r andra v&#228;cker fr&#229;gor om framtiden och om &#229;lderdom. </p><p>Med j&#228;mna mellanrum hamnar jag i diskussioner om vilken som egentligen &#228;r den b&#228;sta tiden i livet. Vissa romantiserar barndomen. Andra minns sm&#229;barns&#229;ren eller karri&#228;rens h&#246;jdpunkter som mest meningsfulla. Ofta verkar vi antingen sakna att vara yngre eller l&#228;ngta efter att bli &#228;ldre. </p><p>Sj&#228;lv f&#246;rs&#246;ker jag t&#228;nka att den b&#228;sta tiden kanske &#228;r just den vi befinner oss i, inte minst eftersom det &#228;r nu vi faktiskt kan p&#229;verka hur framtiden ska k&#228;nnas. De val vi g&#246;r i dag, hur vi lever, arbetar, r&#246;r p&#229; oss, sparar och tar hand om oss sj&#228;lva, skapar f&#246;ruts&#228;ttningarna f&#246;r att kunna forts&#228;tta leva det liv vi vill &#228;ven n&#228;r vi blir &#228;ldre.</p><p>I det h&#228;r brevet tittar vi d&#228;rf&#246;r n&#228;rmare p&#229; vad som h&#228;nder n&#228;r vi blir &#228;ldre, vilka vanor som kan bidra till en lyckligare &#229;lderdom och hur du kan planera f&#246;r att ocks&#229; pensionen ska k&#228;nnas som en trygg och meningsfull del av livet.</p><ul><li><p>Hur k&#228;nns det att bli gammal? &#8226; De senaste veckorna har kylan verkligen bitit sig fast, och det &#228;r nog fler &#228;n jag som har h&#229;llit sig inne, tvekat inf&#246;r att g&#229; ut i on&#246;dan och kl&#228;tt sig enligt lager-p&#229;-lager-principen n&#228;r man v&#228;l ska g&#229; ut. </p><p>Samtidigt har vi nu ocks&#229; g&#229;tt in i &#229;rets h&#246;gs&#228;song f&#246;r f&#246;rkylningar, virus och andra infektioner. Nu &#228;r tiden p&#229; &#229;ret d&#229; planer st&#228;lls in &#8220;pga sjukdom&#8221;, nysningar h&#246;rs lite &#246;verallt och vab &#229;terigen blir en del av vardagen, vare sig det g&#228;ller egna barn eller n&#229;gon i ens n&#228;rhet.</p><p>En tr&#246;st &#228;r att &#228;ven f&#246;rkylningss&#228;songen, precis som alla andra s&#228;songer, kommer att passera. Tills dess kan det vara hj&#228;lpsamt att f&#246;rst&#229; lite mer om vad som faktiskt h&#228;nder i kroppen n&#228;r vi blir sjuka och vilka knep man kan ta till f&#246;r att komma s&#229; lindrigt undan som m&#246;jligt.</p><p>I det h&#228;r brevet har vi d&#228;rf&#246;r samlat det viktigaste du beh&#246;ver veta under den p&#229;g&#229;ende f&#246;rkylningss&#228;songen. M&#229;nga lovar att r&#246;ra p&#229; sig mer, &#228;ta nyttigare eller skapa nya rutiner. Och samtidigt &#228;r vi nog flera som k&#228;nner igen oss i att dessa ofta &#228;r sv&#229;ra att h&#229;lla &#246;ver tid. N&#228;r motivationen sviktar &#228;r det l&#228;tt att tolka det som ett personligt misslyckande, trots att det i sj&#228;lva verket &#228;r helt m&#228;nskligt. </p><p>I st&#228;llet f&#246;r att fr&#229;ga varf&#246;r vi &#8221;inte klarar det&#8221;, kan det vara mer hj&#228;lpsamt att titta p&#229; hur h&#228;lsa kan prioriteras p&#229; ett s&#228;tt som fungerar &#228;ven i Den 21 december n&#229;r vi vintersolst&#229;ndet, &#229;rets kortaste dag, och d&#228;refter v&#228;nder det sakta mot ljusare tider igen.</p><p>Det &#228;r kanske inte s&#229; f&#246;rv&#229;nande att bristen p&#229; dagsljus p&#229;verkar b&#229;de s&#246;mn, hum&#246;r och energi. Jag m&#228;rker sj&#228;lv hur det kan k&#228;nnas som om dagen tar slut redan vid fyratiden den h&#228;r tiden p&#229; &#229;ret, och hur det g&#246;r det sv&#229;rare att ta tag i s&#229;dant som egentligen f&#229;r mig att m&#229; bra, som att tr&#228;na, tr&#228;ffa v&#228;nner eller hitta p&#229; saker. </p><p>Samtidigt blir jag &#228;nd&#229; p&#229;mind om hur fint december kan vara. N&#228;r jag &#228;r p&#229; v&#228;g hem fr&#229;n skolan eller v&#228;l tar mig ut sl&#229;s jag av hur mysigt ljuset i f&#246;nstren, julbelysningen och de upplysta gatorna faktiskt upplevs, och f&#229;r denna m&#246;rka tid att k&#228;nnas lite trevligare.</p><p>I det h&#228;r h&#228;lsobrevet tittar vi n&#228;rmare p&#229; hur m&#246;rkret faktiskt p&#229;verkar oss, och vad som kan hj&#228;lpa n&#228;r energin sjunker.</p><ul><li><p>Vad &#228;r &#229;rstidsbunden depression? &#8226; Hur p&#229;verkar &#229;ngest och oro oss? &#8226; Varf&#246;r domedagsscrollar vi mer i os&#228;kra tider? &#8226; Kan man ha ett vettigt f&#246;rh&#229;llningss&#228;tt till sin oro? &#8226; Kan hundar i s&#228;ngen f&#229; oss att m&#229; b&#228;ttre?</p></li></ul><p>Jag hoppas att du l&#228;r dig n&#229;got nytt och f&#229;r en h&#228;rlig december!
